Weekend Workshops

From time to time I run residential weekend workshops exploring quietness, movement, embodiment and connection with ourselves and each other. 

All my workshops take place at Fintry, which is a beautiful old Arts and Crafts house near Godalming in Surrey. It’s a special place with lots of character, loads of cosy nooks, and large gardens. There’s space to be comfortably together and apart as we wish. As well as the old house there’s a modern workshop space for movement and music.

Fintry has easy transport links from London.

Alexander Technique and the Dance of Awareness

In this workshop we will be exploring our relationship to our senses, the ground and each other through the twin lenses of Dance of Awareness and the Alexander Technique. We’ll be working with music, movement, stillness and discussion.

There will be a maximum of 12 participants.

We begin at 11.30 on Friday the 27th, finishing after lunch on Sunday.

The cost is £380 including full-board in a single room with delicious vegetarian food.
