How long is each lesson and how much does it cost?

Each lesson lasts 45 minutes, and my standard rate is £50 per lesson.  Concessions may be available in cases of real need, please ask.

I also offer a discounted block of ten lessons for £450 (£45 per lesson) when paid in advance.

What to Wear

There is no need to wear special clothing, but you should wear something loose-fitting and comfortable, bearing in mind we may be working on the floor for part of the session.

Psychotherapy

Sessions are usually in-person and take place in a quiet and private dedicated studio.

I offer a free initial half-hour consultation with no obligation to help you see if you feel we are a good fit.

Session Length

In-person sessions usually last for an hour, though other lengths are possible. Online sessions are 50 minutes.

Session Cost

One-to-one sessions cost  £50. I offer a 10% discount for a six-session block paid for in advance. Concessions are sometimes available, please ask if you are in genuine need.
